Deliberative Futures is a technique drawn from the PhD work of D:create’s Deanna Borland-Sentinella, This technique helps groups to explore issues and gain confidence speak about them in then advocating for what they really want for the future, in an embodied, collective way.
Deliberative Futures has been used with a wide range of groups including:
– at conferences with professional community workers
– with environmental campaigners
– in Timor-Leste
– with survivors of assault
– with high school students
